The prime location of the hotel made it easy for us to access the nearby tourist attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, they quickly resolved the issue of hot water not being available in our room.
The room service was not up to the mark as it took a lot of time for them to deliver food. the kitchen seemed to be understaffed which caused a delay in food preparation.
